This lady with a parasol is Yum-yum from the Mikado by Gilbert and Sullivan.  This button is a brass stamped design backed by a painted metal liner with a wide inner border and metal collet.  The pack is metal painted black and has a wire loop shank.  Button measures 1 1/2" in diameter.  If you liked the Mikado you will love this button.
